To receive a refund for the full purchase price we must be contacted by email at email@example.com within seven days of receipt of merchandise. The shipping date will be confirmed by the shipper. Subject of the email must state that it is a Return Request and the purchase invoice number, (if applicable). Email must contain the buyer’s full name, contact information (phone, address, and email), and description of the item to be returned. If the email does not contain all the necessary information, the return may be denied or subject to a 20% restocking fee. We must confirm receipt of the request, before the return will be accepted. Any items received, before we have confirmed receipt of the request, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (if accepted) or returned to the shipping address at the buyers cost. In the case of a firearm, it will be shipped back to a local FFL of your choice. All firearms MUST be in unfired condition for a return to be accepted. Any firearm that has been fired will not be accepted, no exception. If contacted for a return after seven days, but before thirty days, the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after thirty days will be accepted.
When a full refund is due, it will be for the original purchase amount, (plus tax if applicable.) All shipping costs are not subject to a refund on any item. The cost of shipping to return the item to us is solely the buyer’s responsibility and will not be subject to a refund. Restocking fees or shipping costs determined to be the buyer’s responsibility, may be assessed without notice. Absolutely no returns on ammunition. No exceptions.
